When I go over speed bumps, especially the ones that are made of old tires and bolted to the road, driving at an angle, left wheel first then right, I hear a creaking noise coming from the left side wheel. If not greased before installing, that rubber compound when mounted and compressed can make a really annoying squeak similar to yours, including when turning the wheel (changing weight distribution on the UCAs) and articulating up and down over bumps. creaking during turns and over speedbumps is usually caused by aftermarket springs and coilovers rubbing the camber plates, etc. 2020 Kia Soul here.
